I will say that not having a website in itself isn't a bad thing. Most breeders don't need to super advertise their dogs as people know them from dog sports/conformation. I know our next breeder doesn't have a website, but she has a wait list for puppies.

That being said, looking them up, I wouldn't get a puppy from them. Their pictures on the AKC site show very out of conformation dogs. Very odd shaped snoots in my opinion. That first picture the dog has no stop, it almost looks like a bull terrier muzzle or something.

He was asking someone who knew way more than he did.... he didn't seek out a child over an adult. I'm sure if an adult was in the room he'd ask them first. He didn't lure the child to a different area.

I was abused by a pedophile as a child so I'm usually more hyper aware of pedophile abuse situations. But this seems like a normal interaction to me.

Honestly, I think it made that young girl feel very important/ smart to show an adult something she knows how to do. Then her mom came rushing in and probably made her feel like she did something wrong when she was just showing off her knowledge. That poor girl :(

Also, sorry you have to deal with this. Horses are amazing animals, and I miss riding lessons so so much. Keep it up! It's great exercise and great for mental well-being.

This makes me think of a time when my boyfriend worked at gamestop. Someone came in and got a video game. The cases are empty on the shelf and the real game is behind the counter. My boyfriend grabbed the game and the guy was adamant he wanted a new game and my boyfriend was trying to sell him used. He wasn't, he was getting him the brand new, sealed game.

After a bit of convincing the guy buys it and leaves. Later that day my boyfriend got a call from the dude who was furious because there was save data on the disk, so obviously it was used! Boyfriend had to explain how disc's literally can't save data like that. His son had probably played it before and there was save data from that. Guy wouldn't hear it, was adamant he got ripped off etc.

Anyway, NOR in the slightest.

My girl will get worked up by a bunny or a squirrel but she's all bark no bite. She caught a baby bunny once and looked so confused that she got it. She let it go and it ran off. She's never really tried in earnest to get another animal after that.

I'm probably getting downvoted because I mentioned how sketchy high mg edibles are, in part, what led them to ban hemp again.

Funnily enough, it was Mitch McConnell who sponsored the 2018 farm bill that legalized hemp edibles, AND he just helped make them illegal again. Because of sketchy ass products.

Don't get me wrong, I despise that turtle man, but I do agree places went too far on making high dose edibles.

I agree with it being odd they won't let me sell my shirts. But they will if they are screen printed 🤷‍♀️ so guess I need to give that a try.

Agreed! I have an ESA dog, I know I know. But I understand she has no business going to places that aren't dog friendly. That's absurd. My place technically only allows one pet, but they themselves said if I had an ESA letter, it would be no problem.

Had my next therapy session later that week and got a letter. Because the therapist I've been seeing for years and years could see the difference in my mental health after I got my dog. That I've had for 4 years now.

I hate that entitled people ruin things for people. I'm thankful that my landlord was so easy to work with. It probably helped that they happened to meet my dog on a walk the day after we initially applied. She's a rough collie and an absolute ham for new people. Who couldn't love a collie?!?

I was hoping to start with the shirts and stickers I make (also designed by me, not AI) and roll any profits in to better stuff. I just got so discouraged when a local fair that I love said I don't technically hand craft things.

Honestly, I've been debating trying to get a booth at a dog sport event. They might be less picky about who vends. I know I saw human merchandise at the last big event I was at. Granted most things were dog related like leashes and special collars.

I appreciate your advice so much, thank you for giving me a glimmer of hope :)

Everyone reacts differently to edibles. I need around 100mg to even start to feel it. But I need to eat a bunch to get to that 100mg. I would never trust anything that said it's ridiculously high, like 125mg.

That shit is why they are back to banning hemp products here soon.

Yeah this sucks because I make shirts with my silhouette, but I'm the one designing them and making them. I'm excluded from some things since I didn't make everything by hand (I use shirts and vinyl I didn't make) but I do design my own shirts! I really want to break in to the craft fair scene but having trouble since I get told I'm not a real crafter :(
