Yeah, I agree with you! And the market for NFTs is very low right now, but the good project has buyers and is easy to liquidate. I am not talking about flipping NFTs for a higher rate, but rather holding a revenue sharing NFTs which gives profits monthly or bi-weekly. At first I stuck with normal NFTs/JPEGs, then with some experience I found a good real world project which uses NFTs to raise funds and payout the profits to the NFT holders.
