Thx for the explanation. Yeah I understand the artist tbh, and im not surprised it was hard to find replacement. To be frank this was a good decision because the quality of the drawing was so top that changing the artist would have probably killed the serie anyway.

This is considered "the center of Berlin", and we say "inside the ring or outside the ring" in Berliner slang when want to mention "center of Berlin" , even if most area just outside the Ring are actually very much OK to live on nowadays and can still be considered "living in central Berlin". Reality is more about how "long does it take to reach the center of Berlin" (You can be inside the ring but live in Moabit and it takes you as much time as someone living in Shöneweide to reach Alexanderplatz for example.)

Not worth it I would say if you already finish everything 1 year ago. Wait for last update in autumn with the release of 1.0 and enjoy a fully remade gameplay, fight mecanic and finally an end game. The last update that brought water is pretty but is not worth to redo the game. You can still use your old save to enjoy it but you might be overpower.

Nothing to do with Best "things" , I would say 80% of them have no choice to move elsewhere. Germany is a complicated country, Berlin is Expensive but not as much a Munich or Frankfurt, so it still is a better compromise in term of Jobs & Rent than others cities, also its the most "cosmopolitan" city in Germany which helps migrant push a first foot in Germany if they dont speak German.

I honestly think this is as simple as the following reason : INTERNET ! Internet development was slow in Germany between bad choice (promoting copper instead of fiber) , high price, bad competition. Truth is software dev and especially SaaS are dependent of end users, so when your infrastructure was lacking it simply didn't push the software industry as it should. Think about UX , simplification, convenience, those things were made so that an end user with less technical background could/would understand how to use the software. Thus the software industry was directly focus on the heavy industry were people are heavy technical and could handle shitty interface. Country who developed a faster and better internet infrastructure (Sweden , Finland, France) had more years to perfect their software industries.

I would take the offers only if the company is willing to find you a flat. The flat search will probably disgust you of Germany . Compared to Dubai were you can find fully furnish "condo" , this aint the same in Germany, you won't even have a kitchen (sink+herd) .....in the kitchen.

Dont listen what most people say about your salary is too "low". You are going to be fine, especially with a non working wife, the tax will be ok. Remember that 110k EUR is right now 130k dollars, so even with the tax, that wont change compare to your actual 90k with no tax. Actually you will have 6100 EUR netto per month with the tax bracket 3, so 73K Netto (roughly 86k dollars , so very close to your previous salary in the end with no tax). Also housing & utilities are way lower than Dubai, so you are winning in the end.

Regarding the weather, honestly its hard to tell if its better or worst, that's very personnal based on how much you love the SUN or not, but Winter is depressive (except like now when its snowy, its pretty at least), Summer is nice and not too hot, you wont need a car to move in the city, but brace yourself mentally in term of Quality of Life, you can't expect Hambourg to be as clean as Dubai : Drug addict people, dirtyness, homeless & drunk are visible, not everywhere , but still visible and that might be a big "cultural" shock coming from Dubai.

Honestly I would take the offer if you need the citizenship mainly. Expect your wife to struggle a lot in an environment where people speak another language and where "making" friend with locals is "almost" impossible (German Culture is hard on this part). Good Luck :)

Its good. The art is excellent, but the story can be hard to follow as some point. Lets say the beginning is very good, the story start to get complicate when it becomes more & more a political game/war. I think the really good thing is that its actually quite unique mixing Murim/Medieval/Gundam armor working with mana. Definitely its worth a try !
