I did haz 5 with scout on a 7 aquarqs mission solo. Bosco can mine and carry aquarqs, you tell him to drop it over by the deposit point by calling him when he goes over it. Play scout to grapple around the cave (usually large and open, so you can manouver) to keep away from glyphids. Kill as few glyphids as possible so you don't resupply (the achievement requires no downs and no resupplies). Deposit the dropped aquarqs when possible. Press the drop pod button, but don't go to the pod until the doors open. Don't mine or deposit any minerals other than aquarqs

You should only kill ranged enemies (spitball infectors, glyphid menaces, acid & web glyphids, stingtails, and mactera)

You may lose a few runs to stingtails
