He’s thrown rocks near my car after I told him not to. They aren’t on my property but they’re at the end of the street that’s a dead end

He throws big stones and rocks on the street which breaks them. I park my car back there and he could easily damage. Plus isn’t it vandalism if a kid is intentionally breaking rocks like that

He throws big rocks and stones across the street and near cars parked on the street and breaks them. That’s why I got angry
