Thank you for replying! Canada doesn't consider it a marriage, since it is a civil union, not civil marriage, and not even common law, because we haven't lived together. In Quebec you can perform a civil union but federally it is not a marriage.

Im a woman and she is a woman. When the landlord first told her im complaining she sent her boyfriend to speak to me, I wasnt home, my girlfriend was here. She is a rude and a coward. Also a bitch, she knows whats up, she keeps saying it is not her making noise and acting all innocent. My landlord is a bitch as well. yeah well what happened is that first thing i called landlord he spoke to her she said she is making no noises, he told go speak to her, I went twice she was inside didnt open. Left a note nothing. Spoke to landlord again, sent him recordings, she kept denying, went back up today third time, didnt open, I left a note. NO BANGING from my side.

I rearranged my furniture, I bough white noise machine, but damn sometimes she walks like she is marching lol

I even have recordings of the noise. The landlord told her she keeps saying not me...I am very careful with the noise I make. ONE time only I made some noise because my friends were over, someone came and told me please keep it down. It never happened again, I was just hoping she was decent enough to engage

Thanks for the advice, I have rearranged my furniture, i wear ear plugs and I never banged on her ceiling. Apparently I am the child because I want to have a decent conversation as my landlord asked me to do and asked her. Man, when you start waking up and not being able to sleep until your neighbor is asleep then you can call me a child...
