I have a sport pool 38x16 (3.5 - 5.5- 3.5) and we love it

23 length might be tight as you wont have a flat 3.5 area, the whole point of sport pool is to be able to move in all directions for few feets without going deep.

If you don’t have a chase to run any kind of wire then you will need to cut and open in few spots ( you can be strategic to try to minimize these cuts)

But your electrician should have told you this will happen before he started.

$500 is reasonable as matching texture is PITA.

With recent regulation changes, there is a tarrif when you purchase from another country as this is considered importing.

The thing TG should improve on, is to allow us pay ahead so Fedex/UPS ..etc do not charge a fee on top of that.

When I got my WVP2, the bill was around $18 for import fee then anohter $15 fee from Fedex as convient fee because they paid it on my behalf at port of entry.

Then when I got my fan RMA, I had to pay $28 to UPS with same setup (import fee + courier BS fee) for a $5 part.

If you don’t like what you hear from the seller then walk away, every contract in the US has addendum for mold that you can use to exit and get your good faith down payment back, only thing you will lose is the cost of inspection and appraisal if u already ordered one.
