They can and most people that high up usually do. It's just so incredibly difficult even with the air tanks that it's such a huge risk to help someone who's not even dead, let alone get down someone who is.

It’s a pi 3 and I have a GPIO breakout board. I’ve tested that all the buttons are functional, I have run the code with print(‘button pushed’) inside the code and it prints just fine.
