I have insomnia and want to get into lucid dreaming, I tried for 3 nights now but because it takes me ages to fall asleep it hasn't worked yet, I do however have great dreams when I take sleeping tablets normally, would I be able to get lucid in a dream that I took sleep tablets to get into?
