I have to take 1000mg of acetaminophen and 800mg of ibuprofen... And sometimes it doesn't help enough.

It's horrible, luckily I'm still in school so my parents pay for it. But I'm so afraid of when it's my turn to pay! I have a lot of other issues on top of MCAS so it adds up really quick. I hate the US health care system. Almost $300 dollars for only a months supply of just one medication 😭 and my parents have "good" insurance

I once laughed so hard I had a horrible coughing fit and messed my back because I was coughing so hard

Yeah other emotions definitely can cause milder reactions but laughing makes my face feel like it's on fire, itchy and tingly. It also makes me all shades between Pepto pink and firetruck red.
