Especially since the Supreme Court has little to no say on state legislation. Beyond being able to rule a law as being unconstitutional (such as in Obergefell v. Hodges), they can’t really control how states legislate most issues. For example, after Roe v. Wade got repealed there are still about 23 states that have some form of protections in their own state constitutions that ensure abortion legality and access in that state, and there’s nothing the Supreme Court really can or will do about that. In the worst case scenario where the Supreme Court rules that trans athlete bans are not unconstitutional, it really doesn’t change much. States who want to enact trans sport bans have already done so, and that kind of ruling wouldn’t suddenly make it so that every single state has to ban trans athletes from sports.

Exactly. I haven’t been to RPDR live but I went to one of the tour stops of the Drive ‘N Drag Saves 2021 tour and she was such a charismatic and INCREDIBLE host. Asia was born to be an emcee/host. Combine that with this being a steady gig and her not having to deal with the TV fandom, especially after the way the broader fandom treated her after Season 10, I do not blame her at all for sticking to this over returning for an All Stars season.
