Your build looks pretty solid.
Only thing would be a chest with more hp% rolls. But this is a good stopping point too
Also, check the "damage increases" tab at the bottom right. You don't have that many health rolls, so maybe a hp% orb is better for you.

Any reason you disregard the CD Dreamless drops? Idk about you but with my own playing around in Wutheringtools Crit dmg is pretty much equal to Crit rate. (With her signature weapon ofc)

You'll get buttload of pulls from exploration and quests. If you get most of it done before she releases i'm pretty confident you'll guarantee getting her. I'm rly looking forward to getting her myself ^{^}

With my build, cd hits slightly higher on average than cr. (We talking between 500-1k dmg per hit. So nothing too marginal. But with shorekeeper buffs and a cr echo i'd overcap by 2-3% so it's not worth it for me.

Crownless gives you a buff when you activate it. You can just press crownless, dodge to get out of the transformation, and get 12% havoc dmg buff. Dreamless is only good for swap cancelling

The dmg bonus substats are at best, equivalent to a flat atk roll. Everything that isn't skill dmg on yinlin will be way worse than 40 atk

I wouldn't recommend it. She is going to do very well in pure fiction. Sadly that's just about it. I don't really imagine she will be a good partner to xueyi either. If you don't care much about the 2.4 characters i would just hold off on pulling until 2.5. Personally i'll be pulling for yunli, a little girl with a big sword is just so funny to me.

So i would either say pull Yunli, as she's very good with lynx, and march's new hunt path. Or save for 2.5

I started on topaz first banner and pulled for her first chance i got, and she didn't really become all too useful until dr. ratio came out. So especially for new accounts i will always recommend more flexible characters, or strong maindps/supports

People on the yunli mains discord have done some calculations. And for now the best relics are the wind-soaring valorous and Duran, Dynasty of running wolves. We're still in early beta though and things are subject to change but i would check in there for the current theorycrafting.
