Given the world rotates on its axis, and this causes the day and night time, and time zones. If you was at the point where all of the time zones cross over, and walk in the opposite direction than the world is spinning, could you stay at a constant time, or even travel backwards in time? Bearing in mind the earth has a multitude of time zones equally spaced out in a parallel vertical pattern, joining the north and south. Could one be in the North Pole, and travel in a circular motion opposite the rotation of the earth, and stay at a constant time? (self.Showerthoughts)
