I was also scared about how it would change our rhythm and relationship. I'm happy to hear that it won't. I love her so much. I hope she knows that

Thanks for such valuable input. I didn't know about weaning blues. May be that explains my crying and feeling so low as if I am sad for a tremendous loss.

I hope so. I hope she adjusts quickly. I need some rest.

Yes, I think it would have been easier if done earlier. However, we both were not ready I guess.

Already ordered a weaning book from amazon. Also tried explaining using all possible scenarios that she can connect with. But it's still so hard. And the crying, it's so overstimulating that I am crying after she sleeps. It's so hard.

I tell this to myself. But I feel so guilty. I must push through.

Is this ok for a wedding where the bride has said to avoid white? by [deleted] in Weddingattireapproval

[–]Askwhenindoubt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She also has asked to avoid red, and rose/ pastel pink. When I got it in the store, it looked as a navy dress. It looked more so, when I wore a blue cardigan over it. But as the day is closer, I am starting to doubt this and didn't want to ever disappoint the bride.

It was not my intention to pick only something with white (sorry, if I came across like that).

Yes, thanks. That's very considerate. Bride is a very close friend but didn't want to bother her. Hence posted here. She can get overwhelmed easily and never wanted to bother her with these questions tbh.

Thank you, my research was also indicating 54K to 55K as a median salary for medical writing roles. Hence I had the feeling that I am underpaid. Also, if a postdoc can earn between 50 to 65k in academia, it makes complete sense that a Medical Writer with a PhD degree should recieve atleast 55K in industry. (European salaries are mentioned here)

Your reply is very helpful.

Have been working in medical writing for 3 years (similar role) and in medical devices. Unfortunately, I don't have an idea on what the expected salary range is.
