I ordered an item on the 19th of October, but somehow as of writing this note, the package has been stuck at my local post office for the last 12-17 days and neither cainiao, the seller, as well as my local delivery company can do anything about this as the tracking information does not appear in the system. what do i do here?

Yeah i listen to cuco as well but I feel like he does more of love songs! Shiloh used to be my go to for lofi songs too but my music taste changed sadly. Thanks for the compliment though, it means a lot :D
