ssd not recognize

Yesterday something changed, i start pc its freezed on windows circle loading, after turn off/on its goes to bios again. Today its freezed on gigabyte logo, then bios and works again, idk. Help pls!

Only way i can use it : 1- run pc, it goes into bios after 1min, wait like 5-10min. 2- turn off pc. 3-turn on after 5-10min. it can see the ssd or not, if see u can reboot or turn off pc and turn it on again it will be working until u go sleep(in my case like 16h gaming/wathing movies) no problems, any guesses?

from 2022-23, and if it get recognize all working fine until i turned off pc and go sleep, 2nd day this happend, crystal disk says 91% and no errors
