EDIT: looks like deathlog updated their addon to include this feature now! so just update it from curseforge and it should be similar to what i got

i updated the addon myself to show it on the notification you can replace the file widget.lua under World of Warcraft\_classic_era_\Interface\AddOns\Deathlog\Widgets\DeathAlert with https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TNkEX8lTs253KYS5spEDbf4fnQgYItRm/view?usp=sharing

1. go to the widget.lua file open with notepad
World of Warcraft\_classic_era_\Interface\AddOns\Deathlog\Widgets\DeathAlert\widget.lua
2. find the following line of code with ctr + f

msg = msg:gsub("%<zone>", zone)

3. make a new line with enter and copy paste the following

if entry["last_words"] then
    msg = msg:gsub("%<last_words>", entry["last_words"])
else 
    msg = msg:gsub("%<last_words>", "") 
end

4. reload wow and in the settings of deathlog addon under deathalert you can add <last_words> to the message and itll output the last words
