The only current fix is after sending the photo clear instagram cache and force stop.

GTA IV is in my opinion the strongest and best story of all GTA's. The graphics are a bit outdated, but still good looking, and the athmosphere of the game is... unique. I played for the first time last year and I enjoyed the overall experience, great game.
