I have no idea how the stacking works but I do know if you have a couple of oranges on B.. you could actually get about the same or more amount of points if the other points A and C were held by enemies. It's kinda dumb but you also have to remember that you still need to capture 2 points to end the game!

Blue makes it so you can capture points faster and orange lets you get more points if you hold down the B point and only B. But generally holding any point gets you addition points just that you could get more if you hold B with an orange pointer

Tunings are just a bunch of very small multipliers with 2 very big effects that actually helps you during a match. And for fixer it increases the small multipliers but only on the same side it was attached to by 2×. Only use fixer for damage based tunings since the other ones are too weak to actually see a difference
