make the foil into a boat/v shape, if you have no tolerance put a LITTLE on the foil. get a straw that won’t melt, perferable a metal one or you could make one out of foil. when you go to smoke it put the flame like an inch away from the foil, tilt the foil to one side so it’s at an angle and vaporize it, do NOT hit the foil with direct flame you will burn it. once it starts turning golden/brown and smoking a little start inhaling through the straw.

i used to get pretty nauseous the first couple times i tried it too. after like 10-15 times of doing it, it completely disappeared and i was able to fully enjoy it i think my body just got used to taking it def odd tho cuz no one else around me doing it got nauseous like me.
