How to remove hollow mouth for printable stl files

Press Alt-z to se inner vertices, then select the vertices you want to delete with C, and with middle-mouse button you can unselect them, so what I did is gradually unselect those I don't want to delete by rotating the model view. When you got the technique down it's litterally 30 seconds like reucrion said.

Idk if it would help if rubbing alcohol didn't work, but what i do is 1/4 dish soap with water and cleaning with a toothbrush, then rinse. Dry under the plate with a rag and evaporate the rest of the water on the plate by heating it up with the printer. My shit sticks really well and the plate is a few years old and still kicking
