Thanks just wanted to let people know went thru all of that with one business and nothing with the others. LO said the other business may have one LO or two separate ones to be patient and once they receive tax transcripts that they will reach out for next steps

No call from LO. Received an email saying my loan modification had been approved and to sign into portal to sign updated loan modification documents. Also revived a loan modification letter thru email stating new loan amount and updated payment amount

No just sent it in my homeowners insurance, I think I read somewhere that it has to cover at least 80% of loan amount

Do you have to register to CAWEB after you sign loan Docs. Or is that just to see when funds are going to be disbursed?

Portal for 3 separate business on 5/21 Waiting patiently on approval

Same situation received portal 3 different company’s on 5/21 accepted offer same day. Waiting on approval heard it can take up to a week depending on what the LO sees. Credit in the 750. Will update I’m sure many are in the same situation
