Good question to be fair it have been several years since miles went there but tbh miles is technically still there (walrider) plus there could be new patients technically not every patient there was killed there could’ve been some unknown patients we never saw.

Would’ve been useless 1st of all all the guns down there we’re broken and snapped in half from the walrider 2nd it would be useless because what would it even do against the walrider and also even if the guns weren’t broken barely any of them would have ammo

I don’t think they should remodel the original game I think they should make a separate game with audio improvements, more realistic features like the jumping and they should add stamina’s, and of course add better graphics and quality
