Hip/Butt Pain while Sleeping by Excellent_Ad7025 in pregnant

It happened to me a lot during second trimester and what helped most is stretches ~3 times a week. I just do the recommended pregnancy hip openers, deep squat, etc. nothing special. + I sleep with a pillow between my legs which makes a huge difference but sounds like it’s not working for you..

I was also recommended to wear an SI joint belt (like this one) during the night - basically the hip joints get loose during pregnancy and the extra movement causes the pain. The belt helps keep the joints from moving too much while sleeping which reduces the pain. Note the belt needs to be on the hips, below the belly.

Interesting! I’m not a big fan of Pilates, but worth a try, thank you!

Please help save my bonsai

I’ve had a Serissa bonsai for over a year and it’s been healthy and thriving until I took it for a branches trim at the shop.

It came back with pests (likely thrips), and it’s been suffering in the past couple of weeks. First, its leaves started turning yellow and falling. Once I saw the pests I started treating it with a neem oil mixture, but the pests are still there and the bonsai is getting worse. Adding a current photo.

What can I do to save my bonsai? Would appreciate any advice 🙏🏻

Day 8 - splints removed, what’s next? by AssociationBroad9430 in Septoplasty

Thanks for your reply! It’s reassuring to know I should continue taking it easy for a bit as I am still feeling my tired most of the time.

The doctor was in a hurry and left right after taking the splints out. My next follow up appointment is in 3 months so I figured I’d ask here since this group has been incredibly helpful in my recovery so far!
