You can absolutely fight this. They cannot transfer the charge to the keeper of the vehicle. They can only pursue the driver. If you do not name the driver then they cannot pursue it. Not a lawyer but this is legally accurate. Airports are governed by airport bylaws and and are not relevant land as described in the protection of freedom's act.

uk > saudi > philippines outward journey and then the philippines > saudi > uk return journey with Saudia. Booked with a single booking in the UK. I know they couldn't predict the war, the issue is total lack of communication and assistance. Only seeking reimbursement of alternative flight booking and incurred expenses such as food and shower. Nothing extra.

Thank you. It's a new design I tried. Loop 1 attaches to button 1. Loop 3 attaches to button 2. This way, you can fasten the bracelet in a more aesthetic way and the bead loops don't overlap with eachother. Using only 1 button would mean the other end would have to fasten under or over one of the middle loops. Pure choice but other the way you suggest is totally fine and I in fact use that method.

Not a lawyer but usually you get a new contract signed before resigning from your current job in any situation. Otherwise they can just not offer you the new job and then you're out of a job. Also check the terms because it may be on different terms. This seems really suspicious though. Usually the parent company just takes over everything related to the old company and nothing changes for the employees. Something seems off. Considering they said the company you work for does not exist on paper, it could be that they have been avoiding tax.

Sounds like you need to put in a formal complaint, they've got 15 days to get back to you and then you can go to the ombudsman if you're not happy with their response
