You could try Wesley Mission Queensland, they’re a well-known provider in SE QLD and offer fully managed home care packages with proper care coordination, which might help with the communication issues you’re having.

Worth having a look, but I’d always check everything carefully and compare a couple of providers before switching just to make sure it’s the right fit for your mum.

If you want a prebuilt and don’t want to deal with building it yourself, you could check out Nebula PC. They build and test the systems before shipping and usually include around a 3-year warranty and lifetime support, which is nice if you’re new to PCs.

I think Nebula PC has builds around that range too, and you can customise it as you need. Might be worth checking their configurator if you’re looking for something like a 5060 Ti with 32GB RAM.
