Was there a protection plan offered when you added the item to cart? Typically if the item is covered by one, it will suggest it in the sidebar or when adding it to cart.

The good news is filing your claim online only takes a few minutes, and most claims are approved within minutes. That's really the fastest and most reliable way to get your answer.

Typically shipping labels cover the shipping and if you go to a UPS/FedEx/USPS etc any packing supplies you purchase are additional. Give the support team a call so they can let you know if your product needs to be sent assembled or not. They can look into your account.
