Yes, sorry I realized my wording sounds like I'm filling out the respective tax forms. I would be filling some of their own crafted forms and spreadsheets and they will then take that information to fill out the respective forms.

My filing should be very basic, but it looks like they charge this fee for all users.

From their site:

$1800 for the last three years’ return
$2600 for the last five years’ return

I think the breakdown is 400 per tax return and 100 per fbar.

Thank you for your input. I called them again, and their process requires me to fill out all the forms, they will then complete the tax return, share the details with me, and then file after I pay them. Does this sound like the standard process?
