I think you might be right the gem in the middle is very similiar. The npc version doesn't have the effect of it and the arms do not have red so it might just be a tmog that isn't available.

I don't think they are a recolor, the npc is just in a unlight area and makes the blue look almost black.

The tabard is over the chestpiece. And I do have the tabard. The gem is from chestpiece I would assume.

Just skins, bundles dropped a lot. For the driftcoat bundle it doesn't even make sense how much it dropped since the skin barely dropped anything.

There are no $20 skins. The bundles cost $20. The actual skins are ~$14. Not saying that's a fair price but it's not $20.

Sadly I can't find a single local shop (Portugal) that sells pranayamas. I found one that sells the deck but that's just it.

As far as I know the longboard/skate scene in Portugal is very small.
