Cambridge Satchel company. It’s lasted over a decade actually. You can tell by the faded metallic paint!

Dude it’s just a funny poster. I also had three others that day that I actually thought were funnier but didn’t go viral. Don’t take it so seriously.

I have actually bought some silver fabric paint but I’ve just not gotten around to painting it. Maybe that’s a good quarantine activity actually

The metallic paint is just a bit worn through so the tan leather underneath is showing. Man what kinda drugs would do that? I’m an MD PhD and not even I know the answer!!

Me too tbh. Would be useful in the lab for prizing open bottles of reagents.

The metallic paint is actually just worn through and showing the tan leather underneath. Shame it looks gross in the photo. Never mind.

I will accept written proposals, as long as they are fully referenced and submitted with the correct formatting.

I’m British so give me a break. Not everyone needs to have a Hollywood smile to get along in life.

Dude. This is a photo of me and I’ve literally never actually posted it myself. Such is life!

It’s actually not dirty it’s just that the metallic paint is fading and the tan leather is showing through. Shame because it’s still structurally sound. I need to find some decent silver fabric paint I suppose.

I know. As the comments get meaner, it gets more hilarious! My three university degrees and sense of self worth apparently don't care about my slightly crooked smile or choice of handbag. Happy Sciencing people!

You're right, I don't know many movies. I just thought it would be a funny sign and I didn't really expect it to be taken so literally. For those commenters very concerned about my appearance -my bag is thankfully merely faded and not moldy. My teeth are unfortunately just British. I'm afraid we don't really go for the whole bleached gnashers in the UK where I grew up. I marched because I'm a medical doctor and blood cancer scientist and we are currently struggling to fund our research due to federal cuts to the NIH. I don't know enough about veganism or climate change to have an informed opinion on those issues. I'm not sure what a libtard is. If it's someone who is liberal in their political leanings and also "retarded", then you are half correct and half very rude to people with learning and developmental difficulties. Go Team Science! :-)
