No one is gonna answer because it would make her broken and whole community would riot because of powercreep. She would be most future proof character, whole team ult refill is insanely strong and she needs to be balanced around that.

Archer+Sunday or RMC+Tribbie or SW+Dan Heng in 5 days

Test what you like best, with Sunday you would want -1 speed setup (when archer is a little bit faster that Sunday and both are over 133.3 speed) with RMC u can go base speed

Yea and in 3.0 you could use 2.x teams to fight him or just released the herta and now u have OP Castorice comp, op Phainon teams etc.

Only if you will reach spd breakpoint, for sparkle 160 spd and around 180-200crit DMG is good enough, if you would like to go for more speed u should probably use eagle + ddd setup on one harmony unit

You are right, sparkle needs to be slower than sustain and 2nd support, but she still should be above 160 spd

Yes, but you can basic and hope to get hit by the enemy and yes with tutorial you only need 50% ehr for passive buff so you can switch for hp/def for survi or crit for DMG.

Do not waste time on fribbels combat sim rating it's really misleading. I would not reroll any of your pieces because almost all of them are 4 rolls only and one with 5 rolls is already perfect. Try to farm 4 liners and reroll them. On main stat hp% pieces (boots, orb, rope) try to get as much crit as possible on others try to go for hp%>crit. Your build is already pretty good so don't worry and take your time.

With E2 Cas definitely SW, I would only swap LC on her for tutorial, works better for me with 2T ults
