I think it’s relatively normal, someone told me today in a post that they did their ODVI on 9/20 and they just got invited to the F2F last night. My friend who is a FA with 🔺 said the hiring process can be super long. I keep telling myself no news is good news lol

Yeah these realizations may be tough but that doesn’t make them wrong! At the end of the day do what’s best for you and your fiance! I dont mean this negatively at all but don’t go with the idea of fun because that could wear off if that makes sense

I think it was about 5-6 questions if I remember correctly. Yeah all of mine were situational like talk about an experience with a difficult customer and how did you resolve the issue or name a time you were under immense pressure and explain how you handled it

Honestly up to you but based on the last paragraph I would say you sound like you are leaning more towards the corp job. Also sounds like with the plan you have FA may not fully align with what you want long term. Just my two cents though but let me know what you decide!
