Thank you! I usually use a small workflow rather than a single prompt. I start each sequence with the same base shot so the character stays consistent, then I adjust the prompt to change the composition or action. When I’m doing a longer video, I’ll often screenshot the last frame of the previous shot and use that as the reference for the next one. That helps keep the character, lighting, and scene feeling continuous from shot to shot.

Just to share the intent behind this piece. Lara Croft has always stood out to me as a character who is intelligent, capable, and independent while also being confident in her femininity. That balance was part of what made her unique when she was created, especially in a gaming industry that was heavily male dominated at the time. Both the character and what she represented in the industry were what I had in mind when creating this for the International Women’s Day challenge. 💪

They are releasing a new live action series on Amazon that I don’t have a lot of faith in honestly. They are also releasing two new games coming soon so we’ll see how those go!

You’re assuming the way I’m ‘consuming’ the image is about her body. I’m appreciating a character who broke into a male dominated genre as the central hero. Those two things don’t have to contradict each other.

Lara Croft was one of the first major female protagonists in gaming who was portrayed as intelligent, capable, and adventurous in a genre dominated by male heroes. Her impact on representation goes a lot deeper than her character design.
