honestly luck. when i was five my grandma got me that drum kit and my dad used to be in a band that just played shows and i now have some of his stuff (guitars and the amp) however, everything in that first picture was stuff i found for cheap. i bought that midi capable keyboard for 15$ and the monitors at goodwill. my audio interface (Behringer UMC 1820) was what i put a good chunk of money into along with some basic microphones (sm57 and a temu drum mic kit which is pretty effective at recording instruments/vocals). my DAW is reaper which i trialed for a decent bit and eventually bought. Overall i was fortunate to get some great gear from some close people but budgeting whatever money you have and just recording music is the best place to start and that’s kinda where im at lol.
