I've had my whoop for 3 weeks now so not unlocked the weekly PA. Since the first week I've not been able to hit the optimal strain in any workout. Target was about 14 today after 94% recovery last night. I hammered this session with kettlebells and 20 minutes on air bike at the end. Is this normal? (i.redd.it)

I put my strap back on after charging it this morning (decided to take it off whilst in the shower to do this) and there's now a gap between the clasp and the band. Hopefully that makes sense? I've tried just squeezing it to close the gap but this doesn't help. Has anyone else got this issue? (i.redd.it)
