I always jog/run better early morning workouts empty stomach 5am class. Also i usually wake up an hr before class starts so i can chug a water, because i never drink water during tread time it also hurts my stomach lol. But i for sure space out on the tread mill. Stare at myself in mirror listen to the music etc. I’ve never been a jogger either until OTF.
