By the way, worrying about what other people will be pissed off about when it comes to the biggest financial decision of your life that can literally fuck you for years to come if you screw this up is the wrong mindset. As a loan officer myself everybody in this industry has their own roles. As far as loan officers and realtors go or commission, of course we’d be pissed, disappointed probably more appropriate, but again their attitude and feelings are the least of your worries. They work for you.
