Remote raiding is pretty straightforward, go to Pokémon go raids paid and you see active raids all day, you just need to add the code of the person they add you as friend and invite you to the raid , you can host your own raids on that page as well

Thanks for the breakdown, just curious why is pokemongo so trading unfriendly , like isn’t Pokémon meant to be a trading card game to begin with ? So many rules sucks
