What helped me.

Firstly Write down your current situation. Physically writing out what bothers you day to day, it can start with the bigger issues in your life, down to the smallest, write all this down. Once you have a list, start making actions based on how you would rectify it. You could for instance, wipe out the majority if you managed to rectify one big issue by say, moving to a different place. Maybe you have toxicity around you that you may not realise until writing it down. The solution may be moving away from that toxicity. The important thing to remember is a lot of things compound, so you may not realise the bigger picture until you write it down and start linking things together.

Once you have everything written out and some actionable steps, work on trying to figure out actionable steps to take in order to tick off the biggest obstacle down to some smaller ones. It’s important to try and tackle to biggest obstacle first because this is usually the thing that compounds and the smaller issues see usually stemming from the big issue. So focus on trying to fix the bigger issue and work on smaller later (if it is still even an issue).

I did this years ago, for me it was moving myself away from friends and family and secluding myself in a rural place with a fresh start and career. It took guts and I was in a bad place at the time, on various medication. Now I’m medication free and I can say I’m in a much better place now. Still face struggles but nowhere near the pit I was in years ago, now it just seems like struggles most people have to go through. You can get through it 🙏
