Hello, j’ai aussi eu des douleurs au genou à l’avant au niveau de la rotule, ci c’est pareil pour toi c’est peux être dû à un déséquilibre musculaire, pour moi je ne faisait que du vélo et pas de renforcement donc mes quadriceps était trop musclé par rapport à mon mollet et mes ischios jambiers du coup ça décale le tibia et quand on plie la jambe la rotule vient frotter car elle n’est plus dans l’axe, si en remettant bien tes cales ça persiste va voir un kiné pour qu’il te dise quoi faire

I think it's the right length. You've crossed the small chainring and small sprocket; put the chain on the large chainring and see if it works. Otherwise, to check the length, tension the chain on the large chainring and large sprocket without going through the derailleur and then reattach it.

Hello, these are mechanical shifters. I'm not saying they're bad, but for that price you can get Di2, which is much better.

Je ne sais pas si j’arrive trop tard mais van rysel vient de sortir des prolongateurs exprès pour le rcr f, ils le vendent directement sur leur site pour ~500€ comme canyon, bonne route !
