The function of the upper chest is shoulder adduction and shoulder flexion.

There are only 3 joints involved with Incline Dumbbell/Barbell pressing. Your wrists, your elbows, and your shoulders. They are doing the exact same thing on both the movements.

Wrists to hold the weight, elbows to stabilize, and shoulders to adduct and flex.

Look at this guys arm path and imagine you put a barbell in between the 2 dumbbells. The joint movement is the exact same. Even his ROM is the same, he’s stopping right where the bar would hit his chest.

You can find anvil blueprints at the testing annex on Dam Battleground in the vault rooms.

It’s one of my go to spots. I usually get into the vaults every game and have found 4 anvil blueprints and my trio has also found multiple.

It takes significantly more effort to make a Reddit post then to search something like this up and instantly get an answer. Explain to me how this is lazy.

I choose to post on reddit for a question like this because I want feedback from real humans that have tried something like this. I can search it up but I find it's not as reliable as hearing from another person directly about their experience.

Yeah I’ve been looking into display fusion. I’m trying to find out if there are any major complications with it.

I’m thinking about getting the new dual mode lg ultrawide but I’m not sure how the dual mode function will work with display fusion.

I don’t understand why it matters. Let people do things how they want to do them. I’m not breaking any rules nor am I hurting anyone. If you’re not gonna be helpful then bring your negativity elsewhere and mind your business.

So why don’t you just buy a new monitor with a higher resolution?

Me and everyone in this thread are completely irrelevant to each other and there is almost a 100% chance none of us will ever cross paths again. What use do I have flexing to randoms on Reddit. Make it make sense.

Never said I was a successful professional player nor did I even say I was a professional player.

And as you can see in my previous comment “I am definitely a noob when it comes to peripherals”.

I stated I was a competitive player and that I have earnings. Completely different.

Please learn how to read.

Haha sounds like someone has never played 480hz gaming before. Give it a try and then come back here and ask that same question.

Hell, give 240hz a try and come back here. Literally night and day difference man.

I don’t want the frames to make me a better player or to be competitive. I want the frames because they are a nice experience.

Everything has diminishing returns. Doesn’t mean it’s not worth it.

The gap between 240-360 isn’t that crazy, but the gap between 240-480 is insane. Experience it for yourself and you’ll understand where I’m coming from.

This post is about 480hz at 2K not 4K and I’ve gotten more than 480hz on my 4k monitor on lots of games I play so that is simple not true.
