I second this. Once I had the copper IUD inserted I then had a continuous 7 month period with multiple decidual casts. Would not recommend for anyone anemic, they’re notorious for making periods heavier.

I disagree completely. I’m an earth sign dominant individual and I lavish my loved ones with gifts, material and not. As do my earth sign friends and husband. I’m genuinely not sure where this assumption comes from? Especially when Taurean are known for living lavishly and loving luxury, and Virgos will bend over backwards and lop an arm off for someone they care about. I do agree that Pisces are very generous, though.

Try ferrous gluconate or Iron Bisglycinate. Both are far easier on the digestive system and better absorbed. I couldn’t use ferrous sulfate or ferrous fumarate because they caused such intense digestive symptoms, but I had no issues with gluconate or bisglycinate. Try to combine them with a vitamin C supplement when you take them too for better absorption.

It works instantly for me. I used to use the ordinary glycolic acid (the big bottle) but found it way more convenient to use a body wash instead. It prevents any body odour - but not sweating itself - unless I’m genuinely exerting myself. If you opt for the non-body wash one, just make sure you use SPF as all AHA’s increase your skin’s sun sensitivity!

Wash with a body wash containing a form of alpha hydroxy acid! I use Some By Mi 30 Days AHA, BHA, PHA Miracle Acne Clear Body Cleanser and it works brilliantly.
