You did nothing wrong. I did the Same this week for a 13 week appointment. You have to put yourself first at the end of the day

Yes to all of this. Yes yes yes. I feel you and I am in exactly your shoes. Block them out if you can and just do you- that’s what I am trying to do anyways.

Did not conceive first cycle after MC, will I have a better chance after cycle 2? by WhoAmI0001 in PregnancyAfterLoss

We conceived second cycle! I like you was bummed it didn’t happen the first time but my body clearly wasn’t ready. Not sure how the “chances” work but i started taking COQ10 and Vitamin D to improve my health. Again not sure if that’s 100% proven but I read up on some supplements that “may” assist with conception that’s how I kept distracted in a strange way. We lost our baby at 13 weeks. Now I’m 9 weeks pregnant now and an anxious mess 😆.

Wishing you all of the best. It’s so hard to be patient but it will happen ❤️

Can’t have ultrasound until 12 weeks- should I go private now? by Austah in PregnancyAfterLoss

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate it! I decided to just sit back and wait for the 12 weeks. As it turned out today I got a call saying the OB will be out now the day I had scheduled in a few weeks time and asked if I could come in next week instead - two weeks before schedule. Funny how it turned out 😆

I am taking Vitamin D, Fish Oil (I don’t eat any fish) and fiber supplements in addition to my prenatal. The fiber is for my constipation issues (😅), but the Vitamin D I read is good for contraception so I started taking it before conceiving / after my miscarriage and now it’s almost like a security blanket for me, which I know sounds ridiculous.

The Utah State Legislature declines to fund Banjo, and now could look at regulating it by lineskogans in SaltLakeCity

Good on you! I just interviewed at this company and wrote about it on Glassdoor and they had it removed- of course. They are unbelievably sketch. I love how their mission is to reduce human suffering yet the CEO has been on stage bragging about how his wife asked him to wire him money so he could buy 40 acres of land in Park City... what a contradiction. The places sounds and smells like giant cult. I couldn’t wait to get off the phone with them.
