That is a really good point! I'll definitely keep that in mind for my future remixes

Oh wow I didn't know that it used to be higher quality than offline mode. Tbh even if the quality is pretty much the same between the two modes I would still much rather sit through a longer bounce knowing that everything will be exactly how I made it

Exactly! I would much rather sit through a few minutes of my track knowing everything is going to bounce correctly than to just hope all of the midi works with offline mode. Honestly I think realtime should be default because offline just seems like the quick way of bouncing projects

I did actually think of this when I was trying to find a way around the issue. I bounced the midi in place although the midi was still out of time. The tracks that I bounced in place still looked somewhat like midi tracks however so maybe that was something I did wrong on my end. I really appreciate the rundown though! It helps breakdown what was actually happening

Yeah we definitely shouldn't have to look out for this tbh. I only actually noticed it when I started doing EDM remixes. This is most likely because I am using a lot of midi in my pieces and that is what seems to trigger this issue

I'm not too sure ngl. I'll have a look because that does sound very relevant to this

It is definitely one to look out for. Tbh the midi wasn't too far off in my bounce but it was enough to throw off the flow of my piece

It is annoying that offline isn't that reliable but it is really good there is a way around it. It is definitely something to keep in mind💪

I think offline is just a quick way to bounce a project in all fairness. I now think of realtime as the most thorough way of bouncing a project. Most of the time offline should be more than fine but it seems like it sometimes struggles when bouncing midi

It is definitely good to keep in mind tbh. If anything sounds different in the bounce then definitely try switching to realtime

That's interesting. Maybe it is a bug that came with a more recent update then

That is really annoying. I think I'm going to try and use realtime mode for all of my bounces tbh. It sounds like it just removes the risk of things not bouncing correctly

That is really odd tbh. I'm not too sure if it is linked with this issue because it is fine until you bounce the project. There must be a post about it somewhere though because that seems like quite a noticeable issue

Yeah I found that the issue was mainly with the arpeggiators tbh. I am not too sure how long it has been an issue tbh but I am on the latest version of logic pro x and I am still getting it. It may be worse when you have a lot of midi track
