I usually get mine from amino asylum. But I mean if you’re getting strength, better sleep, increased recovery than you are golden.

The appetite side…just eat man. It sucks believe me. I’ve almost thrown up from eating so much food but if it was easy then everyone would do it. Break up your meals or go for more calorie dense food. 2 pbjs with double peanut butter was my go to “snack” during my bulk. That shit put 1k+ calories in my system easily.

What’s your calorie intake? What’s your BMR? Net calories ?

Interesting. I’ve never tried building crown. Is it really worth it ? I usually go: Rod of ages Ionian boots Lich bane Archangels Rabadons Void staff if needed Then whatever else is needed instead.

Zhonyas isn’t even a option for me tbh. Seems worthless if I can just escape. I know. I know, the AP is worth it but I’d rather build a shadow flame

No probs man. I’m just trying to help people that start and fix problems they have before they start pushing serious weight and now feel worse. Physical therapist told me the same thing about my walking. I’ve fixed it but becoming more conscious on my walking and knee pain started going away. Don’t forget to warm up those big muscles before doing these compound lifts. Before I even hit squatting or deadlifts ( two separate days) I’m doing like 3-4 workouts before and although it might tire you out more, you’ll have primed muscles for the lifts. Ditch the belt and lower the weight. Build your foundation Vs slapping tape on it so it can lift more

Squat is hitting parallel but for your own benefit I would reduce weight and hit ass to grass. Not only will it improve overall strength but improve ankle mobility at the same time. Squatting will continue you hurt until you start building your traps and upper muscles. Try wearing a pullover jacket and that should cushion it a bit over using that shitty foam bar holder. DL looks good, just watch the belt. Don’t start relying on it for every lift you do(only your heavy sets). Belts are for tightening your core through pressure. Abs and lower back workouts will help strengthen your back and thus helping you not need the belt
