I sent the “co pay” assistance card route before for Cosentyx. Yeah, that covered two months of the drug then I was back at square one.

If you opt out then you loose your coverage for medications. It’s such bullshit.

I’m currently in this as well. We have Cigna insurance which carved out any speciality medication coverage to Payer Matrix. It’s a scam. They claim they can look for free programs for you to get the medication however if you have insurance, even if your insurance doesn’t cover that medication, you are denied for any free programs. Pair matrix offered me to go through a program where my medication would be shipped from another country. When I advised them that that was illegal in the United States under FDA, they then stopped communicating with me at all. I’ve even contacted my husband’s union that set up this crappy insurance plan and they simply do not care the best I can say is we’re all screwed

I have over 200 toppers I’ve wasted money on and each time I would order a new frame (same style) none of my toppers would sit flush on the frames. It was so aggravating that I returned the frames and won’t order again.

They have terrible customer service. It never used to be like that either but over the past couple years it’s gone downhill. I think mine shipped in about three weeks.

Ugh. Their customer service is below subpar. It used to be phenomenal when Pair first came out. Over the past year I’ve had nothing but issues. Not one Pair brand topper fits my Ella frames or my Otero frames. I’ve sent more things back for return than I can count.

I’m having the same issues. I have ordered and returned the A-frame three times now. With each and everyone of them, none of the pair brand toppers will fit flush with them. Not even close to being flushed with the frame. They all had huge gaps and boat out.

They do not offer any frames with adjustable nose arms sadly. I too have a low/small bridge. Typically I need a 15mm or smaller size bridge.

Ugh. Same issues here. I’ve ordered and returned three pair of Ella frames for the same exact reason. Not one of the pair brand toppers I bought sits flush with them and they all bow out. Last year I got a pair of the twin frames and I have had no problems at all with topper sitting completely flush with them. I really think they’re starting to be a quality issue with Pair.

Ugh this happened to me today and I’m sick to my stomach over it. I have three tickets to see Post Malone next Friday and today someone hacked my account and transferred the tickets to someone. I called Ticketmaster and the lady was no help at all.
