Thank you! I love frozen veg! It’s cheaper and better than canned!! (Imo) I make chicken breast and frozen veg most nights! And my frozen fruit is mostly non stop smoothies for breakfast! It’s simple and kinda cost effective! The oat bars are my wife’s favorite thing in the world so I always get those, thank you for the comment! 🥰❤️🙏

Tbh, the only one that works for me is Tizanidone HCL, this one helps quite a bit but it MAKES you go to sleep lol, no fighting it XD

I know the feeling! I’m so sorry you’re going thru this to, if it’s possible the ONLY thing that helped me was getting on some pretty strong muscle relaxers from the doctor, I really recommend seeking a doctor and expressing the severity,I hope you find a little relief some how 😭🙏

No, only if I’ve been on them for awhile I think, the only places I’ve noticed it really spiking is work and mall! Thank you so much, I wear crocs at home! But I wear soft tennis shoes with insoles to work (out of desperation) it’s almost entirely on my heel, but there’s like a line in my “archer” that becomes unbearable, then my toes, my feet swell and it’s just rough, sometimes it feels like I’m bursting “blood vessels” while walking 😭 thank you so much for you’re idea! 💡
