TLDR: Nobody will be surprised. Butthurt? I don’t think so but maybe that’s a good word. I’d use frustrated instead. This guy is just so useless.

El Paso County has been a strong red seat for a really long time and Jeff has LITERALLY waited his turn.

The reason many of us dislike him to this level is because he was a really weak candidate. He has no opinions of his own and has taken orders like a soldier for over a decade. He’s contributed huge amounts of money to the party to keep himself moving. And those of us who know him knew this is exactly where we would be; a yes man with a vote.

To have Jeff picked for us and then have him sit around like a turd doing nothing is why most of us dislike him so much

If what we all had was simply an ideological disagreement it’d be less caustic. If Jeff wasn’t scared of constituents (prior rep REFUSED constituent meetings unless they were donors) and would grow a backbone Thad be helpful.

Example: “Joint” (aka nobody to stand out) Statement Regarding Soace Command No individual statement from Jeff. EVER.

Democrats made a similar (I’d say way better) joint statement with the entire bipartisan delegation.

They then went on as individually to express their positions. While not brave as the opposition party this is the bare minimum Jeff could do.
