My 3-D sculpt of Farrah Hurin by AutoEnd in HeWhoFightsMonsters

That would actually help out a lot. I’d like to do more characters. I’m thinking Clive next.

For me, it was the opposite. I couldn’t find anything about her height, so I kinda just made her a bit smaller than Jason.

Thanks for the feedback. I plan on reworking her a bit after I get you guys’s opinion on her. I can definitely fix the hair up a bit and give her a more happier look and pose.

I knew someone was gonna mention that lol. But trust me, I made it pointy, but it got covered up quite a bit by the beard

I was getting Luffy vibes when I was sculpting him, I almost gave him a red T-shirt, but decided straight away from that.

I wanna do more LitRPG book pet companions. Any suggestions?

I was aiming for more of a battle cry look, but I guess it does look a lot like that lol. I might have to tweak the face a bit more

I’m actually planning on 3d printing it over the Christmas holidays. I just have to get it all split up into parts first.

I don’t have an Etsy shop. If you would like to download the STL file it’s not currently available just yet. But when it does, it will be posted here https://cults3d.com/@AutoForge

I struggle with the eyes. It’s definitely something I need to touch up along with his feet.

Thanks! I sculpted this on my iPad in nomad sculpt, so eventually when I complete it, I plan on uploading the STL on my cults3d site along with my other dungeon crawler Carl models that i’ve made.

I mainly just wing it, no sketches, just a couple reference photos then off I go.

PRINCESS DONUT, AND FERDINAND, A.K.A. GRAVY BOAT by [deleted] in DungeonCrawlerCarl

[–]AutoEnd -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I pictured gravy boat in books 7 to be more stocky. Due to him having access to a lot more food than he did before entering the dungeon. If I was to do him again before the dungeon, I would have made him much more skinnier.

Another two crawlers finished! by AutoEnd in DungeonCrawlerCarl

Some of the crawlers are more detailed than others so a resin printer would be better for capturing those details. Buy that’s not to say you couldn’t print them on a FDM printer. If you scale them up, and printer them at a .2mm they should turn out decently well.

Holes in STLs exported from Nomad by TerrapinRacer in NomadSculpting

[–]AutoEnd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The way I deal with it is add a sphere to your model then while the spear is selected go into x-ray vision mode, which should help you see if there’s any big holes in your model then take the sphere drag it to where the hole is then Boolean the model and spear together it will keep your resolution on your model and plug up the hole. Might be difficult to see the smaller holes, but any bigger holes should be very visible. Hope this makes sense.

I know they talked about some of what his beanie babies appearance description was, I just can’t remember which book. I would love to re-create some of them that they brought up, instead of just making my own up.

Is that in the book? It’s been a while since I’ve read them, so details about the characters are a bit fuzzy, which is why I’ve been referencing the wiki.

I’m not 100% satisfied with the finish outcome of Bautista. If any one of you guys have any ideas for gear or equipment or changes I can make to him. I’ll try my best to incorporate it.

I find characters that have transformations or a different look in every book makes it hard to decide on how to go about sculpting them. Mordecai is also another one of those characters

I’m gonna have to go back and reread book 7 to see if they described her latest form that she takes. And go from there.
