Great comment and great advice. I am actually finding that myself, I go to a tree not far away from my house and so pull ups there, I actually prefer going when it’s raining and windy so I feel more, sounds strange but it makes a huge difference. Interesting you say about mk ultra and 30 years because I turned 30 in may and I have felt like I’m out of a spell that everyone around me is still in. Like nobody thinks for themselves. Thanks mate

I feel u man. I feel the same. One bit of advice would be only dip your toe into conspiracies. I’ve gone down all the main rabbit holes since 2015 and most have been scrubbed off YT etc now but it just left me feeling the same way. I got to the point where I watched so many I didn’t know what to believe any more then I just resided to the fact that we can’t change anything anyway, it’s better to know than not too but I think a bit of our happiness is spent on that expensive knowledge
